I don’t remember why Bubba and I were in Glorietta that time but I think we were scouting that area for my living room makeover project then. We decided to check out Food Choices for dinner and stumbled upon a foodie find, Go Greek!

The Go Greek stall found at the Glorietta food court is an offshoot of Cyma restaurant. So it’s all about Chef Rob Goco bringing your favorite Greek dishes more accessible to folks who appreciate it!
On the Table
Lamb Gyro PHP 125
Gyro is the Greek version of Shawarma with shredded slow roasted meat, onions, tomatoes, and tzatziki wrapped in warm pita bread. I got the lamb version which was marinated lamb meat slow-roasted for 4 hours. Since we had it to go and ate it at home, I was skeptical at first that the pita will be a bit tough by the time we start eating. Surprisingly, it was still soft to the bite and wasn’t as thick as I initially imagined it to be.
Greek Lemon Chicken Roast (Half) PHP 185
In my mind, I was wishing that Bubba will order the lamb skewers or the lamb shoulder since that’s what I love in Cyma but he decided to go a bit healthier and chose the Greek Lemon Chicken Roast. It was the bomb! Tender and moist chicken swimming in lemon, olive oil and its natural juices came out tasting so flavorful. It came with the roasted potatoes which is also a favorite siding at Cyma.
I find the prices relatively appropriate and worth the serving (tad bit cheaper than Cyma). My only worry is that since it’s in a “fast food” court concept, cooking consistency might be compromised at times but so far, we’re happy and would definitely be back if we’re in Glorietta again!
