I love how my little hometown is shaping up with all the new foodie joints that are opening in the area. This little area has given birth to many quaint restaurants that have actually branched out due to the success of its first store. Well, they surely have a repeat customer in me when they started especially when I get too addicted to their offerings. It’s likely that their sales invoices would have many of my names on it if I were to sign on the check each time I patronize their restaurants… I should’ve been an investor har har.

Two Tuesdays ago, PTR (longtime reader and the one who introduced me to carmex and fencing –more of that on a separate post) invited me to try out a new restaurant in the Abad Santos area. Calderon is a Spanish Kitchen and Tapas Bar that serves authentic home-style Spanish food, tapas, sangrias, wine and beers inside a homely, warm-lighted interior.
