TLC from Tender Bob’s

I sent an incident report to the management of Tender Bob’s last Monday.  Immediately on the same day, I received an apology from the management initiated by Tender Bob’s general manager Bambi Meer.  He personally called to inform me that they would address my concern regarding their Greenhills branch.
