Hed Kandi Pure Eye and Ear Candy

Party people and music lovers know that Hed Kandi parties are intensely fun, glam and certainly one of the best!  The Hed Kandi events blow the roof and the top reason is their engaging chic visuals and dope music that can get you going until the sun rises.

I’ve attended several Hed Kandi events in the past (my good friend Martin loves going and we usually go with our former colleagues we call Sabi family).  Here are some of my favorite photos (one as old as 2004 and Bubba was still my friend then!)

Okay, this is Big Fish but we still love the music!

Those were the days.  It’s been a long while since I last attended.  Mostly because I can’t take the 2nd hand smoke I engulf and I have more appreciation for sleep nowadays.  But the love for music is still there.  Thank goodness for different media players available to belt out the beats.

Choosing from a range of headphones out in the market, it’s so easy to pick out Hed Kandi since it’s a familiar brand.  Check out their website http://www.hedkandi.com/ for a complete list of their products.

I recently unboxed a sleek Hed Kandi Pure Kandi brand of stereo headphones.  The blue headphones were carefully packaged in this small, sturdy, sweetheart box.

This particular line of Hed Kandi Pure Kandi has an ultra-thin adjustable metal headband.  There are bigger bands nowadays in the market but for the ladies who don’t want their hairstyle messed up, this is for us girls!!! It’s lightweight and will barely disgruntle your hair.

Hed Kandi Pure Kandi is available in the following stores in Manila:

Power Mac

Power Hub

iStudio

Astrovision

Technoholics

Bratpack

Mobile 1

Xsite

8 Telecom

Abenson

Electroworld

Digital Hub

Digital Walker

Beyond The Box

I was debating whether to get blue or pink (I love pink but I also love blue) but in case Bubba wants to use them from time to time, I chose blue (although it does have a hot pink tangle-free 1.3 meter cord).  The soft ear-pads are gentle and don’t put undue pressure to the ears.

Converting to ear pads other than the little earphones I pop inside my ear will damage my ear less.  This specific Hed Kandi Pure Kandi ear pads still deliver audible, surround and pulsing music minus the hearing risk of direct sound coming from closer proximity of the smaller headphones.

It has a foldaway design fit for any luggage or overnight bag.  However, it would have been better if I could also fold the metal band somehow.

Regardless, I particularly love the cushiony inside that makes my ears feel so protected.  My ears have been thanking the soft-touch, rubber-housed earphones.  The Hed Kandi Pure Kandi design is so chic and stylish, it certainly feels like an accessory.  Modish, it goes well and is suitable with any wardrobe, from casual chic to runway glam.
