Inagiku

It was our last dinner meeting with Linda Tan of HBO Asia since she’s leaving the company to attend to married life… and do personal goals she’s been meaning to do.  Probably get a fresh start on life.  The plan was to give her a simple send-off dinner at Inagiku, thanking her for the many years of good business relationship.

That evening we ordered this beautifully presented sashimi platter that was equally fresh and elegant in taste.  On the table were also 2 plates of sushi roll with generous amounts of what I remember as roe.  Salad were also served on each plate while Karen and I had Miso Soup.

I don’t remember exactly what Zak, Jayce and Linda ordered but I think Karen had soba while Jaja and I both had grilled Gindara each.  It was delish.  Our bill rounded up to PHP12,000 and I almost passed out.

It was a lovely dinner welcoming Zak and sending off Linda.

We will miss you Linda! 😀

  1. 12k. Wow. The super expensive.

  2. You have a great food blog! I love Japanese food too but I doubt I’ll be able to spend as much as 12k for it. I think I’ll like it here, nice to read blogs of fellow food bloggers. 🙂

  3. @ Richard,

Yup super expensive. Good thing it was the boss who foot the bill 😀

  4. @ Madellaine,

Thanks for your kind words! 🙂 I doubt if I’d spend that much too in one night eating at a Jap resto here in Manila 😉
