The Soup
Wednesday, May 14th, 2008A new favorite TV show is on my list and many thanks to the Velvet channel on Sky Cable channel 53, this is where I get my helping of the Soup. This snotty and snide E! production made me fall off the couch last weekend laughing. Defunct The Crew, Friends and Darma and Greg used to have that effect on me. The Soup puts a funny twist on frivolous “stuff” that passes for entertainment nowadays. The writers are totally clever. Joel McHale, who eerily has Ryan Seacrest 1000 watt smile, does a great job in hosting the show because he’s naturally and hysterically funny without missing a beat!!!
