Royce and Camp Rock Mic

Thursday, October 2nd, 2008

After a week long break in Singapore to watch the F1 night race, Karen is back at the office and she brought home Royce Chocolate Nutty Bar.  Any friend who goes to Sing always comes home with a pack of Royce.  Bubba complains that I don’t get to appreciate Royce as much since I don’t run out of these premium chocolate supplies. Tee-hee.

I am so loving Karen today!  She just handed me a Disney Camp Rock vocal training kit and told me to give it to Joyce.  Aaw… Joyce will be ecstatic to the core!!!  She loves microphones and the Disney channel.  Yay! Yay! Yay!

Catch Camp Rock on the Disney Channel, Sky Cable channel 47.

It’s almost 6pm, what a great way to end the day.

“Coconut oil is a healthy and great-tasting cooking ingredient,” explains Leong. “It suits my gourmet style and appeals to millions of people in the region, as well, who use it in their daily meals.” But more important than its prominence as an ingredient in Asian cooking traditions, coconut oil is a naturally occurring oil that contains beneficial medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs).

Beneficial MCTs are fatty acids aid in the metabolic processes of the body including fat regulation, weight control and anti-infection activity. Basically, MCTs in coconut oil contribute to a holistic diet and help combat the excessive intake of harmful trans fatty acids. Monday, April 28th, 2008

When Pebbles of the Asian Food Channel came to visit during the PCTA Cable Convention during the 3rd week of April, she thoughtfully brought with her Royce chocolates and gave a box to me!  I haven’t actually finished the box of Cherry Marnier I have at home and now I have another set.

 Thanks a lot Pebs!
