Cushee Bites: White Cheese Sardines

Ingredients: 

Wheat Bread

Spanish Sardines

Olive Oil

Basil

Laguna White Cheese

Philadelphia Cream Cheese 

Procedure: Toast the wheat bread to a crunch.  Spread Philadelphia cream cheese on the bread.  Fillet the Spanish sardines and place on bread with fresh basil.  Drizzle a drop of olive oil.  Place the Laguna white cheese on top.  Ready to serve.

Cushee Bites: Pizza Chips

Pizza Chip

One of the hit food items I prepare for Bubba is the pizza chips. It’s so easy to prepare and best served hot off the oven. Good to snack on these while having a DVD night.

Ingredients:

1-2 bags of Doritos Baked Nachos or Tostitos Tortilla Chips with Lime

1 bottle Tomato and Garlic Dip (this can be bought in ready-made bottles)

1 cup grated cheddar cheese1 bag grated mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Kraft Parmesan cheese

1/8 cup of garlic powder

White ground pepper to taste

Fresh basil for garnish

Procedure:

Top each chip with a tablespoon of the Tomato and Garlic dip. Season with garlic powder and white ground pepper. Smother with cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Garnish with dry or fresh basil. Heat pizza chips in toaster or oven or the easiest fool-proof, microwave for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.

Taco Salad con Janey

2 Kilos Ground Beef
1 Kilo Pork Rinds
4 Cans Bottom Mushroom [diced]
12 pieces Tomato [diced]
12 pieces Red Bell Pepper [diced]
12 pieces Green Bell Pepper [diced]
2 pieces Red Onion [diced]
2 pieces White Onion [diced]
6 pieces Cooked Chicken Nugget [diced]
2 blocks QBB Cheddar Cheese [grated]
1 cup Sour Cream
3 Cloves Garlic [minced]
3 Cloves Garlic [diced]
Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese [grated], Pepper to taste

Sauté ground beef and pork rinds with minced garlic in olive oil in a pan. Cook until dark brown. Drain excess oil. Set aside.

Sauté stemmed and diced mushroom with minced and diced garlic in olive oil in a pan. Cook until brown. Drain excess oil. Set aside.

Cook diced tomato [6 pieces] in olive oil with minced garlic in low heat. Add diced green and red bell peppers [6 pieces each.] Set aside.

Marinate cooked ground beef and pork rinds in hot sauce and pepper and parmesan cheese to desired taste.

Toss in a serving container all ingredients –the ground beef, pork rinds, mushroom, green and red bell pepper, tomato, onion, chicken nugget, cheddar cheese [layered].

Pour sour cream on taco salad. Serve with fried tortillas or nacho chips.

Taco Salad

Summer Salad

Description:
Salad composed of crispy greens with the refreshing taste of mango and pomelo to remind you of summertime.

Ingredients:
1. Romaine Lettuce
2. Lettuce Cabbage
3. Tomatoes diced
4. 8 Boiled Eggs [sliced]
5. Pomelo/Mango [cubed]
6. Bizu’s Croutons
7. Balsamic Vinegar
8. Olive Oil
9. Bacon
10. Shredded Grilled Chicken Meat
11. Lemon
12. Grated Gruyere Cheese
13. Broiled Shrimps[optional]

Directions:
Just toss everything in. Mix the Balsamic vinegar with the Olive oil, add a squirt of lemon to the mixture with fresh thyme –simple salad dressing
