It’s always been special to me, eversince my son came in to my life, because since then every Christmas I have someone to share it with. Like, choosing what gifts to give, (because he likes it) specially toys, taking wacky pictures. Simple yet it makes every Chritmas special. Thanks!

What makes this Christmas special for you?
This is the first Christmas that we weren’t able to put up any kind of decoration in the house not even a Christmas Tree. Bagyong Ondoy washed it all away leaving it muddy and unusable. Despite it all, I’m very thankful for the Bagyong Ondoy. This Christmas remind us that putting up decoration is not the true sense of Christmas. Christmas is about celebrating the birth of our Lord. It’s the time of the year that we go back and remembered how God gave His only Son to us. I appreciate the blessings that God has given to us. This Christmas, despite all the tragedies that happened, will forever be memorable.
This Christmas is so special because since I’m pregnant now (going 8 months), my hubby just volunteered to do all the cooking for our Noche Buena (but of course, I’ll assist him). So exciting! He’s not really a cook and this will be his first attempt to prepare our big meal

This year’s Christmas is special for me because it is also my grandparents 50th anniversary.
For almost ten years, my family and I spent our Christmas in Pangasinan or in Baguio, and my family is thinking of celebrating it here again in Manila… I’m really thinking of how was it again to spend Christmas in Manila… Before, we just go to the malls and then go to church and then eat out…
I’m thinking of treating my baby brother, mommy groovy and my daddy groovy to Snow World in Star City. We haven’t experienced any snow, yet, so this might be a good idea to make our Christmas exra special…
Since we are spending our Christmas here and not in Baguio, I’m planning to do an activity on December 26 with MJ, TepTep, Jelo and ChiChi (our kid neighbors). I’m planning to have a cookie design session with them. We’ll grab some cookies and get some icings and sprinkle the cookies with mini chocolates, nips or M&M’s, sprinkles, gummy candies, and nuts. And then we can eat that or they could give it to their moms or dads.
Those children are really like our ampons. They can go to our house anytime they want. We play games. They are really like a family to us. First time to have Christmas with them…

What makes this Christmas special for me is that – its the start of a lot of new things in my life and my family’s life. 1) We have a newly renovated house (thanks to Ondoy). 2) We hope to start new jobs (to pay for the newly renovated house) 3) We are starting a bigger family by adding a new member soon – hopefully a daughter this time.

Despite losing finances and properties, Christmas can never be canceled. this Christmas is special for me since my only nephew will be spending the holidays with us. his mom and dad had a rift months ago, resulting to the relocation of mother and son. it seems some “patchwork” is being worked out and dear nephew has been allowed to transfer schools back here with us. you can only imagine the joy and smiles his antics and cackles bring to the lolo and lola
This Christmas is special because 2 of my close friends are pregnant, and they both decided to make me their kid’s god-mother… And being pregnant or having a baby is a blessing from God…

My husband called me, it’s $5/minute and he didn’t care how much he’ll pay as long as he gets connected with us this christmas while he is sailing and that made my christmas so special. Another thing is that, my 3 year old daughter made a gift for me, bundled empty box and says merry christmas “mamang, i love you”…that was wonderful, christmas is really a special day for me and for my family.
