Aldo Black Boots
My collection of shoes, clothes and bags has collected dust. I’ve only been exchanging 2 sneakers and a couple of shoes throughout the year –or maybe since last year. I’ve been totally lazy to dress up unless needed. I wore my black 4 year-old boots for the trip to Macau, which I only used once prior to the trip. Lo and behold, I had a trail mark behind me as the boots skin disintegrated inch by inch. CW said that happens when you don’t get to use the shoes for a long time. Good thing I wasn’t in Singapore or else I’d be doing jail time for littering.
My obsession for shoes and bags is making a comeback lately. I’ve long stopped collecting since three years back. I was all “shopped” out from all the shopping I did in college and early post-college years. Shopping became a chore more than a fun activity. I only shopped when necessary.
When he wants to go shopping, a frown forms in my face. I take 10 minutes to finish shopping. He can take an hour at the least.
Unfortunately, the curse is back and it has painstakingly seared a hole in my pockets.
But, I absolutely LOVE my new Aldo boots.
